Tyrese scores his third No. 1 on Adult R&B Songs as “Shame” rises 2-1 in its 13th week (chart dated Aug. 8), growing eight percent in plays in the week ending July 26, according to Nielsen Music.

“Shame” is his first No. 1 since “Stay” spent 11 crowning weeks in 2011 and comes 12 years after the singer/actor first led the list, when “How You Gonna Act Like That” had a four-week No. 1 run in 2003.

“Shame’s” parent album, Black Rose, sits atop R&B Albums for a second week (47,000 sold in the week ending July 23; down 37 percent), following its No. 1 debut.
