FOE NIKS SETS THE TONE WITH NEW RAP SINGLE, “FROZE UP”

(Massillon, OH - September 7, 2022) The Ohio rap scene is budding. Artists like Foe Niks are at

the helm, working to deliver an experience and set the pace for what’s to come with their trajectory.

Guarded behind cartoon graphics and dark imagery is Foe Niks, aka Foe Niks 400, by way of

Canton, OH. He dropped “Froze Up” including a visual to establish his presence. He’s not to be

taken for granted.

Earlier this year, he was taken under the wing of Dat Boy Kahn who began his career in the music

industry as a marketing and promotions intern with Wreckshopp/Priority Recordings, LLC. Kahn saw

something in Foe Niks that the young rapper is grateful for. “[I want people to know] that I speak from

the heart,” Foe says.

“Froze Up” is a fast lane rap single with bars, a catchy hook, and some tuned melodies to set Foe

Niks apart from his competition. He practiced the hook for a few weeks until he had it locked in, then

freestyle the verse to complete the parts. The track is produced by Karnchea Barchue and mixed By

Frank Stewart.
